Look to the hydration
If you think that you should drink water only while exercising in the summer, you are wrong. Exercise, either walking briskly or running at a mild intensity, requires a proper hydration during freezing winter months as during the hot summer days. You may not sweat a lot in the winter, but water helps regulate your body temperature. So always carry a bottle of water.
Protect your feet
Boring rain or snow does not have to ruin your favorite outdoor activities. If you seriously wanted to frequently engage in outdoor exercise, invest the money in the right pair of sneakers or walking shoes that are waterproof. With them, you wear a thicker pair of sports socks. When buying new sneakers or shoes, keep wearing those socks.
Put on layers
This rule is you should respect the winter no matter what you do. If it is hot, you can always remove a layer of clothing, but if it’s cold, no help. Wear a special socks, pants, gloves, and even hats. Cover the body parts that will be exposed to strong winds, and definitely wear a hat. The body loses a large amount of heat to the part of the body that is uncovered.
Plan your route
Winter snow and rain may behave unpredictably. In this case you need to know where to go. Well be careful on the icy surface in order not to fall and be injured.
