Many people found this program
Slimming pills. slimming pills, which can be bought without a prescription and may act – but only for a limited time. They contain stimulants that decrease appetite, and mild diuretics that encourage faster elimination of fluids. These pills can help you temporary weight loss, but will not remove body fat. As soon as you stop using them, your weight will be returned to their previous state. Until recently, many of the pills contained phenylpropanolamine, a chemical which has a stimulatory effect similar to amphetamines. After studies confirmed that phenylpropanolamine increases the risk of bleeding in the brain in women, this chemical has been removed from the product for weight loss.
Side effects of pills are diverse – from dizziness, nausea and increased urination, and pain in the chest, heart attack, liver and kidney damage and stroke. The most radical cases can cause death. Pills are particularly dangerous for people with heart disease, high blood pressure and thyroid disease.
Starvation. Starvation leads to overeating! After one or two days of starvation, the body is so weak that people are again reaching out for a meal – this time much bigger and more caloric. Prolonged starvation of the organism is dangerous because it weakens the immune system and threatens the vital organs.
Patches for weight loss. Patches for weight loss contain ingredients that in most cases are not proven safe and effective. I would rather choose a different, healthier methods of solving the excess pounds.
Diuretics. They only lose fluid from the body. Change in pounds is visible, but temporary, and does not involve loss of fat. In addition, diuretics can cause dehydration and heart problems.
