Do not put milk in tea! It will be harder to lose weight!
Scientists have discovered that tea contains high levels of teaflavina and tearubigina, compounds that help to reduce the amount of fat that is absorbed in the gut , and thus the level of cholesterol. However, a protein found in cow’s milk neutralizes the ability to reduce fat.
Therefore, scientists believe that the population of Great Britain have benefited from the positive effect of tea on health. Namely, the British prefer drinking tea without milk.
