Interval Training Weight Loss Lose weight like Kelly Osbourne

For years, Kelly Osbourne, known from the TV show about family life of Ozzy Osbourne was struggling with excess pounds, but it has come to an end when she danced in the American season of the TV show “Dancing with the Stars.” With the training in which she successfully captured the professional dance steps, Kelly began to devote more attention to her diet and became better with her body.

The young singer and actress struggling with drug addiction and alcoholism, was even three times in a rehab clinic, but even that experience is incomparable to the “hell that she has gone trying to lose all excess weight.”

“I got a new confidence. As if missing the feeling that I carried with me for so long” Kelly is proud of her new lifestyle.
