Many people, once they start working went into the routine and accumulate unwanted pounds.
Donuts and bakery products on the way to work, nibbling between meetings and late afternoon trips to the store reflect on the appearance of your waist.
If you are identified in the above, please know that you’re not alone. Approximately 47 percent of Americans confirmed that they, after they started work, put on weight. How to re-take control over your own health and restore the old weight?
Follow these simple tips!
1st Wear your meals. Instead of dining at nearby restaurants and ordering food, bring a healthy sandwich, salad or other meal that you have created yourself. Not only will you reduce your intake of calories, but you’ll save.
2nd Make good use of your lunch break. Experts recommend about 30 minutes of exercise a day, at least five times a week. At work, it could be a walk or gentle stretching exercises in your office.
3rd Forget the snacks.Studies have shown that 35 percent of employees snacks at work about three times a day, and 43 percent of them admitted that the food they eat at work is worse than the food at home. If you already have something in your hand while you work, let it be light yogurt, fruit or vegetables.

4th Drink plenty of water. Forget about the coffee, cappuccino and soft drinks – some of these drinks (with all appendices) may contain several hundred calories. The water will, on the other hand, refresh you without additional calories. Let the bottle or glass be always at the table next to you – so you will avoid the possibility of dehydration.
5th Move up. At work, you can be active all day, not only during the lunch break. Experts recommend 10.000 steps a day – if you come to work by car, park as far as possible and walk the rest of the way. It is desirable to use the stairs rather than elevators, and if you have something to say or ask a colleague from a neighboring office, hang up phone and walk up to him. With this little changes you help your body.
