First you need a basic clothing in which you practice : sweatshirt, leggings, shorts, shirts, sports bra or top. You can decide if you need long sleeves or sleeveless top. 2nd Wear special shoes for the gym . Each fitness and aerobics studio has its own rules, but it is one hundred percent that you should include separate shoes for exercise.
