If you are in the beginning do not give up. The aim will be to justify the means.
You do not have to really go to a sea or a nearby lake. Just jump in the gym on rowing and pretend for a twenty minutes that you race on the famous Oxford – Cambridge. It is extremely good way to exercise. With little resistance, focus on the fact that your feet are “glued” to the pedals, while you workout. The full force of rowing must come from the buttocks.
Skipping ropeThis good old method of exercise burns about ten calories per minute. For an additional effect you could change jumping technique: bend your knees, and skip rope alternately left and right, like the slalom. After five -three minutes series you’ll probably be dead tired. But on the other hand, the desired results will soon be very much visible.
There is no reason to hurry – start with a slow pace.Gradually increase the angle and focus on your hands. They should move rhythmically to the body and steps. About thirty minutes on the treadmill keeps you one step closer to the ideal figure.
As the power of each shot coming from the legs, every time you extend your feet secure the bottom. One training for 45 minutes burns about 500 calories.
