1st Stay away from nuts

Half a liter of soft drink has between 270 and 300 calories, a cup of sweetened tea and up to 180 calories. Keep a sweetening drinks to a minimum and you will save over 400 calories.

5th Use small plates
If you replace a smaller plate, you eat an average of 20 to 25 percent less food than usual. Sounds like a cheap trick, but why not try it?
6th Get enough sleep
