Interval Training Weight Loss 10 commandments of a successful weight loss

Why are many people chronically obese, because they take great care using the wrong methods.

According to research conducted in the United States that lasted for about 16 years and attended by over 14,000 people Dr. Frank B. Smoot invented “10 commandments of a successful weight loss.”,  Based on this research.

1st Commandment: Before you start, find out the facts!

Be sure that what you are doing is based on facts, not on unfounded allegations. Recent studies have shown what works and what does not. Here are some examples:

  • 96 percent weight loss attempts to fail
  • We gain back around 95 percent of weight that we lost
  • keeping the diet is not only useless – is counterproductive
  • reliance on force will often lead to weight gain
  • most of the reasons why we are overweight has nothing to do with food or eating
  • However, since they were not aware of this simple truth, people are turning to an approach that is based on a diet and fail to lose weight.

2nd command: Set a realistic weight loss goal

Your “target weight” must be realistic. If you are trying to look like Angelina Jolie or Brad Pitt then you live in a fantasy world, which can even be dangerous. Your aim should be healthy, not “perfect” look.

3rd Commandment: Beware of “solutions” diet industry

Failed diet is causing unnecessary suffering . Yet still we turn to diets, and other advanced “solutions” that diet industry imposes. For a start you have to solve a crowd of misinformation to get started the right way to slimness.

4th Commandment: Understand that a successful weight loss does not revolve around food

Obesity is not really a “problem” but a physical symptom of mental problems. In other words, the excess weight that you can see is just a symptom of problems that you can not see.Failing to lose weight because we can not solve problems by focusing on the symptoms, but we need to address the real cause of obesity.

5th Commandment: You need to know for who you want to Lose weight

Who are you actually trying to please or who want to impress? The only person to whom it pays to Lose Weight is you. If your goal is to please or impress someone else, then you have a problem. Achieving healthy weight is one thing in life that should be intended only to you.

6th command involved in the whole

Approach to weight loss related to the “body” or just focused on nutrition are doomed to fail from the start. For permanent weight loss, you must activate your “whole” being – body, mind and spirit. Think of a successful weight loss as a tripod. If you have only one leg, the chair will collapse, no matter how strong the other two legs. To succeed, you must include and harmonize all three aspects of yourself to achieve your weight loss goals.

7th Commandment: See well what you put in your mouth

Diet pills and pills to speed metabolism are, at best, short-lived. At worst, they can be deadly. Diet pills are not only addictive, but those minutes when you stop taking them  ”Yo-Yo” effect occurs - you can return all the lost pounds.
Just because something is “natural” does not mean it is healthy. Nature is full of things that can kill humans and other animals.

8th Commandment: Realistically set the time frame

Are you trying to lose more than 1 pound a week?“To lose 5 pounds in 2 days is very unrealistic and very unhealthy. You did not get the excess weight that fast. Do not attempt to remove them that way.

9th Commandment: You must prepare the colon for long-term health

Poor work of the colon is dangerous and the primary factor for excess weight. Too little exercise, too much protein, fat, sugar, salt, alcohol, nicotine, without a lot of fiber, your colon bowel begin to function poorly, causing discomfort, slow digestion, poor assimilation of nutrients, heart problems, gas, allergies and even cancer .
Fortunately, the work of colorectal cancer can be easily corrected without great expense, and you’ll be thankful for that.

Many people found this program useful.

10th commandment, effort and watch the fight as “red flags”

The fact is that almost everyone who holds their target weight for one year use its own proven “recipe” that helps them to achieve success without struggle and with almost no effort. Only a few researchers are aware of it. And you can be sure that you will not hear it from the diet industry.
